Well you can add a feature request for it at the Wix Stores Support page. I believe that they are working to extend the Wix Stores at all times but I have no idea when this features will come. If you need to modify or handle payment gateways flow I just have no idea to do that at the moment. Except creating your own shop in Wix Code.
