Hello, I have purchased a retargeting / remarketing campaign from a company. They gave me two sets of code to place in the header of my site that will retarget visitors on both facebook/instagram as well as the top google sites. I have placed the code and do not see the ads anywhere. Any ideas how I should do this? My site url is https://tractorsalesolympia.com

Here are the codes given to me:
Google Pixel:
