The only way to achieve this is to save the url of the uploaded file, directly after the upload into an own custom DATABASE (with all its informations, like foldername/subfolder-name, file-size / file-type and some more details).
Your wished list you will find in form of your DB, whish hold all the needed info about every uploaded file into your DATA-MANAGER.
