Hello dear moderator and admin friends.
I have a question and an example. As you know, many people from the Wix Arena can access Wix Experts from all over the world. We feedback these users with our own personal e-mail addresses.
In the future, is it possible to develop a mail extension for Wix experts?
I want to give an example;
name@wixexpert-wix.com?
Why do I offer this suggestion? In this way, the following situations can be avoided.
- In case of any refund request or dispute, Wix experts can analyze the situation, provide solutions and keep the user in the Wix system.
or, the dispute between the Wix expert and the user can be resolved.
- Users reach out to the experts through Wix Arena, when we return to them with their personal or agency mail, 4 out of 10 return mail doesn’t open because there is no Wix mail. Most users don’t know how to get messages from Wix Arena. Or the user is having a trust issue.
If we have an e-mail extension as I mentioned, we can communicate more effectively with the users.
Can we see such a study in the future?

Hey there! Thanks for the suggestions. A couple of points - 1) wix does not get involved with disputes. Also, 2, I think you, as a designer, are stronger without a wix email address. If you did, it would appear that wix was in the build-it-for-you industry and it would hurt our community, IMO. What do you think?

2, in the United States and the UK, Canada is also known about people how is creating websites and, internet technology. However, people in developing countries asking for help from the Wix arena and receiving messages from a different e-mail address are in complicated things and, they are cannot open expert feedback mail ( %40). Because the mail extension in developing countries is very important for trust. I Turkey, Saudi Arabia, India, Africa, Latina America, and the Slavic countries’m having this problem with users. there are too many internet frauds in these countries. so the mail extension is a very important situation. Thanks for feedback. And, I m sorry for my Accent. 
This raises an interesting point. Not sure if this had been discussed (probably has) BUT not a WIX email, but it might be more efficient to have the ability to communicate to clients/leads THROUGH WIX Arena. At least a first. I had a message from WIX this weekend saying that I didn’t respond to a client request. Which I did. I respond to every lead i am interested in at the same moment I click on it. Now, I am not sure if the error was a WIX system issue or the erroneously client reported me? OR my email was filtered at spam so she never saw it? If someone can explain how that works that would be great. WIX Arena is an awesome lead gen tool and i love helping people create websites. But I dont want to get kicked off because someone isnt getting my emails. So if WIX Arena was sending the correspondance that might be helpful?? IDK
