This raises an interesting point. Not sure if this had been discussed (probably has) BUT not a WIX email, but it might be more efficient to have the ability to communicate to clients/leads THROUGH WIX Arena. At least a first. I had a message from WIX this weekend saying that I didn’t respond to a client request. Which I did. I respond to every lead i am interested in at the same moment I click on it. Now, I am not sure if the error was a WIX system issue or the erroneously client reported me? OR my email was filtered at spam so she never saw it? If someone can explain how that works that would be great. WIX Arena is an awesome lead gen tool and i love helping people create websites. But I dont want to get kicked off because someone isnt getting my emails. So if WIX Arena was sending the correspondance that might be helpful?? IDK
