Hi good afternoon, the action cards fort Wix video are a great addition to the video possibilities on the Wix site. However; I uploaded a video, activated action cards, which show in the backend without any problem. But after publishing the website the video does work but the action cards do not show. also the little star in the videoscreen on the right is not there (in which a viewer can call the actioncards manually. Does anybody know what the problem can be? Tx already!

Hi, what kind of cards did you choose? did you take it with support? It sounds like a bug, and they’ll be able to escalate it to the right team.
