I notice that after login with default google login from Wix, the profile picture is added to the member profile automatically.
I have a custom google authentication login to my Wix page, but I don’t find documentation related on how to add a profile picture to a member through the registration
Do you know how can I add a picture as a Wix member profile pic through the registration?
You can only use the social login options with the Wix Default Member Signup as mentioned here.

When you mention that you have custom google authentication login to my Wix page, please elaborate more on what code you have used to do this and paste it in a code block along with any screenshots that might be helpful too.

As you can see in the code itself where it gets the profile image from Google.
