I turned on the “Filter by” in the shop. For some reason, I can’t seem to find where I can edit the margins between the filter container and the products themselves. At the moment, the left-most product has 0px space between it at the filter by container.

In order to resolve the issue just reinstall Wix Store App ( delete and add again ).
It will not affect your products and dashboard - only design and layouting settings on stores pages.
