I just used the editor in the end not WixCode. And set up my own Custom Field in the CRM. Then created a Wix Form and in Manage Fields, click ‘Add New Field’ and then ‘Selection’ and you get the Checkbox, multi-selection field, etc. options…
Having said all of that - I haven’t been on it for a few months, and I’ve just looked at it to refresh my memory and it looks like under the ‘Selection’ option, there is now a ‘Subscriber Opt-In’ option now, so maybe they have implemented something now…… I would need to investigate though to see if it does what i’d hope it does.….
