Add Subscriber checkbox to Wix Forms

@kat I see! ok thats great thanks Katherine. my goal is to allow website users to opt in or out of a subscription as they register to become site members. are you aware if wix forms can be used to set up a custom site registration form? i dont see a password option on there. i have tried building a custom from with wix code but am stuck on the code for the checkboxes, this way around!
