Add to cart is adding different varients to cart

On my website when someone adds the product (two couples tshirt)
they are to choose the size and color for each shirt

here you see i get the shirt (P) and (GG)

but when they go to the cart and see the product details of what they have in cart
it shows different sizes,

tamanho feminino: P < this ones right
tamanho masculino: M < this is the wrong one
tamanho masculino: GG < this ones right

like the (M) size, why would it be there? Something wrong but idk this could be a big problem for me because I dont want to ship out wrong stuff to my costumers
