Adding Code After Tag

I tried to add the following code to the header in my website using the HTML element:

But it is not working correctly. I have been given these instructions:

"- I have noticed capture code is added through google tag manager. due to this ReachCode functionality is not working.

  • Please add the capture code after tag. "

How can I add this code so it’s after the tag?

I second this question: How to embed Google Tags on a WiX site? I desperately need to make this happen so I can start measuring my ROI.

I am also wondering how to embed Google Tags on Wix? I understand it is a work in progress, but we are about year behind if we can’t get to our analytics. Please let me know how this can be done as my boss wants me to begin searching for platforms that allow Google Tags manager integration. Thank you.
