I want to track phone calls as conversions, and the only way I know how to do that is to add a snippet of script between the tags. Is there anyway to accomplish this? If not, is there some other way to track phone calls via Wix?

You are able to do this via Track and Analyze feature. On your Site Settings > Track and Analyze Tab. The feature is rolling out to all users so if you don’t see it at the moment it will be available soon. Let me know if it’s working out for you
