I’m trying to replicate the “Free Instant Quote” feature from this website:

I have all 3 dropdowns for “Vehicle Year”, “Vehicle Make”, and “Vehicle Mileage”.
There are 5 options for year, 63 options for make, and 3 options for mileage.
Say you select “2020” for year, “Chrysler 200” for make, and “Under 12,000 miles” for mileage. What needs to happen is that, upon hitting submit, a page opens up with the data you selected and gives you an option to buy a warranty for the 2020 Chrysler 200 with under 12,000 miles.
I’ve spoken back and forth with the wix support team and no one seems to know if this is possible or not. If anyone wants to tackle this, any help would be much appreciated!
