I have been trying to get the Advanced SEO tab to work for a few weeks now with no success or help from support. It does not save my code or publish it. The code is valid with no errors when I test it in the google structured data tester.

You can see that is says there is an error in the code but when I click in it again, the error goes away. Also, I have tried it on multiple computers, browsers, wifi networks, and have tried clearing browser data with no luck.
The reason this might work in the structured data testing tool is that the validation done by the Google tool ignores some of the errors in the json, probably because the Google crawler knows how to handle these.
However, the validation done in the SEO panel checks that your code is in a valid JSON format.
So, if you are still facing issues with validating your code, I recommend using a 3rd party json validator.
There are many free json validators online that can do the trick. Here is one I found with a simple Google search - https://jsonformatter.org/

If you are still facing issues, you can paste your code here and I’ll take a look. Another option is to look for another json validator that is easier to understand. As I mentioned above, there are many free tools that can help with this, you just need to find the one that works for you.
I found the issue. When you add any type of formatting to the text such as bold it does not work or save it which should be an option so we can add links and formatting for our rich snippets.
