I would focus more on crafting a call to action. Realistically speaking, I did not know who you are or what you do until I saw “Business advice since 1999” at the bottom of the page. The design looks very elegant and high-end; however, think about how much you should weigh your design compared to content and functionality. Keep up the good work though!
