Animations on images/text or vector not working in preview mode

As I have been building a site and added animations to images/vectors/images and clicked preview I have been able to see these animations - I can now no longer see them when previewing. Is this a current Editor X bug?

It is happening with two different sites that I am working on from two separate accounts, these sites aren’t live yet - should I just send the URLs from the editors?

Just seconding that I’ve been experiencing this too (using Chrome on Mac OSX Ventura). The issue is appearing with both animations and scroll effects, but often inconsistently – i.e. refreshing the page leads to elements being randomly affected each time.

Have tried a variety of solutions: removing and reapplying animations/scroll effects, disabling browser extensions, etc.

Closing all other tabs seems to make a marginal difference, though I could also be imagining it.

I have just checked this Wix mobile app to see if the animations are working ok and they are working properly, it is still just in desktop view that animations are not working

Hi @kingstephaniedina - On our side we aren’t able to recreate this error.
Is this still happening to you? If so, it will be best for you to contact customer care so they can take a look directly inside your site.

It is still happening. I have put in a request with customer care but I am yet to hear back.
