I have made an image on a page so it is set visible/invisible based on a site wide setting. The thing is, by default the image is visible, so the code hides it. This is creating an annoying flash of the image for you first very briefly see it.
What I would like is to set the image hidden per default and show it when needed. I don’t see this option for the images. I did read that you can set this with a checkbox.
Is there a way to hide an element as default option?

You can do this in the properties panel which you need to enable under the tools menu
