Well, my client is about to jump ship.
I don’t understand what’s going on here. My client has paid for this service and Wix is simply not providing it.
No one seems to acknowledge this and I have no idea how I’m going to go about getting a refund on the ad campaign my client’s paid upfront for.
I hate to say it, but with a number of potential e-commerce clients I’m about to sign up, I can’t confidently recommend Wix at this time.
