A client pre-bought their domain before bringing me on board, and 123-reg are making it borderline impossible to connect the domain now that the site is almost done. Anyone know how to deal with them? I’m really unimpressed by how unprofessional they are.

Anyone worked with 123-reg before?

Wow! I’ve never heard of that before. Maybe you should try calling them instead?
