I am tearing my hair out and I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out.
I have a Wix Ecommerce premium plan.
I want to add a feature to take £20 deposit from customers when they make a booking.
I followed the instructions below but it still doesn’t ask for a deposit -
To require a deposit for a service:
Go to your Booking Services tab .Do one of the following: Create a new service: Click Add a New Service and select options to get to the correct service form. Edit an existing service: Click the Show More icon
on the relevant service, then click the Edit icon
.Scroll down to the Price section.Select Paid as the type of service.Select Single Session from the How do you want to price your service? drop-down menu. Select whether to accept payment Online , In person or Both:
Note: If you have a Wix Club for your business, select In person or Both .Enter a price and select the currency.Click +Request a deposit . Enter the deposit amount.Complete all the relevant fields to set up the service.Click Save Service .
I have set up PayPal and stripe on my account - I just can’t see where I am going wrong
