Audio automatically disabled on homepage top of fold video, shows a music note with cross line thru it

Video plays fine by itself (not on web page), load to top home page and it does not automatically start, super slow to load and it’s automatically muted (displays music note icon with slash over it). Frustrated, loaded to 4 times at least, what’s the secret! Lol… Thank You, Robert
