# Autofill Form Info from Dataset

Hello all!

I am trying to link a dataset to Wix input boxes.  
See the image attached.

Ideally the process should work like this:  
When customer enters in the SKU#, then the NAME and PRICE autofill from the line associated with that SKU# in the Stores/Products Dataset (which you can see of to the side there).

From there I’d love to find a way to submit this order form into Wix Store Orders.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
