Automation Issue: It claims mine is unnamed, plus it hangs on "save payload"

I’m having trouble with
Automation.
When I edit my automation, the new window stated: Name: unnamed, although my automation IS NAMED.

Also, when I click the “Payload” tab, and then click Save, I get a spinner that never goes away (left it for 10 minutes to no resolve”.
