# automation on wix paid plans

Hello, I am setting up a paid plan. I would like when someone signs up for a paid plan it gives an option to submit their mailing address automatically. I see I can make a task that they fill out a contact form but I don’t know how to view or edit the contact form to address my needs. Help!!!
