Avoid sign up

Is there any way to avoid that site visitors signing up in the login window? If not, add the feature please.

I did my own signup / login system for a client, they are superhappy. You don’t have to use the built in system if you don’t want to.
…and how do you do that??? Is there a tutorial for that?
It doesn’t help me at all if you just tell me you did your own signup / login system for a client… I mean, I know that can be done I just don’t know how. I’m creating my first website ever and learning on the go, but you telling me you did your own signup / login system for a client doesn’t help me at all if you don’t help me achieve it. It just frustrates me more and it makes me wanna hate you. lol… Also, I tried hiring you and you just kinda bailed on me, sooooooo…
