Awful responsiveness

Hi,

I’ve published my website like 4 days ago, and was I horrified to see that it barely responds to any click/ browsing…

Here you can check it out by yourself, try to click on any item on the right, or click “connexion” in the header…

Is there any way to fix this ?

There is probably an issue on wix side here.
I saw a post for previous next items on forum yesterday. It was exactly the same with this here.
What you both have in common is that you have to click one item first to go to another item. First one never works.
Btw your connexion button doesn’t seem to be linked to anything.

Hi !

Yes we have always the bug with “Previous” and “Next” buttons at the bottom of the page. We can’t naviguate between the dynamic pages of our portfolio anymore : https://www.reverseweb.ch/client/The-Erkonauts
Before, it worked very well.

Someone in the Wix team can confirm that this is an issue on Wix side ?

Mert : the connection button is the one provided by Wix

To Reverseweb - i don’t see any issue on your site actually. I tried to click on next/previous here -
https://www.screencast.com/t/JSAGqfR7Bi8
and it worked without any issue… Did you mean that buttons or smth another?

@ Tristan Bréon

Hi!
You are using a loot of stuff on site - it’s reason why it’s slow. It’s WixForum, Wixcode, Dynamic Pages, rich text editor made with HTML container. The only advise i can give you is to reduce amount of features you’re using.

Regarding connexion button - this is a part of Wix Forum product. I can’t help you with it, becuase this forum is dedicated to wixCode product only. You should ask support regarding that.

About links on the right - this is just links to dynamic pages, as i can understand. It’s not faster/not slower than on any wix site with dynamic pages…

About slow responsiveness and performance - i can say you that Wix is currently works on building performance for everything, also for wixCode product. That should impact performance, it’s top 1st issue which we try to fix now.

So either reduce fetures on your site or wait for performance fixes - that’s my only way to help you, sorry

Thanks

Hi Mikhail,

Thanks a lot for your answer. You are right, now it works perfectly !
Since our last post, we haven’t touch anything or try again.

So we think that this was a temporary issue fixed by Wix.

We wish you a great week-end !

Probably yes
Thanks! You also!

Hi,

I know I have a couple of features on my website, but I mean that’s not like if I had so many APIs, Wix should provide enough technical support.
