Well actually , while you are right GDPR does not deal with cookies per se - in 2019 EUGH and now 14 days ago GBH rulled on this matter and this makes it mandatory- every client has to give prior consent bevor setting any cookies at all ! I hate this verdict as it makes live so complicated and also websites pretty ugly due to the big banner but please inform your legal department that there are changes to be made if you want to serve german market ( and Austrian and Swiss…) and actually Europe - I don’t want to moan but this is a major issue all wix users here face and domestic website builders are just 2 steps ahead
