@karenc Hi, thanks for being so quick and helpful. The website is www.hangler.it, I already opened a ticket and the reply was about the cookie banner blocking non essential cookies.
So you confirm that if people click on “Accept” (or as it’s named) all the cookies are accepted? I’m asking you for a final confirmation because when you click on “more info” you find unchecked all the cookies but the essential ones.
