Beta products for partners

Hi,
Last week I applied to join the Partner beta products, but haven’t got any response.
The beta features are not available to me (especially I need the Multistate box on EditorX).
And it’s holding me back with a product.
What should I do? What can I do?

Best thing to do is to contact support and see what they have to say. In addition you need to be Pioneer Level and above to access Beta features :facepunch:

Hi Noam, like Noah mentioned, contact our support team so they can have a look at your account. If you’re a pioneer level, you should have access. They’ll be able to confirm and assist you with any additional questions you may have. :slight_smile:

@stevenjose I called the support and they didn’t know how to solve it so they tried to transfer me to the Partners Team and I’ve been waiting on hold for about 45 minutes and I had to hang up.
Could you please connect me with the relevant person ?
(It seems that the MultiState Box for EditorX is not activated for me. Maybe other things are).
