Great enhancement.

It would also be great if when the form is submitted it goes into the Shopping Cart for checkout so the shipping and sales tax can be calculated. Right now there is no way to add those two additional charges into the checkout process from the form and I have a number of clients that would love to use it if it added the sales tax and shipping in.

Are you not seeing the betas listed in your Partner Dashboard?

Same question for me. This would be a huge game changer for some of my non-profit clients that are using Editor X
