Up until now, customization was limited to the Signup Page. With the release of this highly requested feature, you’ll now be able to customize your Login Page as well!

To access this feature, visit your partner dashboard or click here to be redirected there.

Keep in mind that it is only available for EN sites. Details on the integration of additional languages will be provided as they’re made available.

To start using this feature, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Pages Panel

  2. Click on Member Signup

  3. Click on Member Login Form

  4. Under “Which Member Login form do your visitors see?” Choose Custom

  5. Go ahead and start editing your login form!

The code wixUsers.promptLogin() seems to launch the default login form instead of the custom form.

Man, this is something I wanted quite a while ago. Just paid money to a developer to custom-make it… But moving forward!!! Stoked!

This is awesome!! I’ve been using a coded lightbox solution to bypass this in the past but I just used this beta on a new site I started and so far so good.

My only comment is that I am unable to set the page in which the member sees right after logging in/signing up. It would be great if I could redirect them to a members area page vs the homepage.

I really hate how all these features are released on Wix, and Editor X misses out. We have to wait months more for these to finally arrive on Editor X. I really can’t believe that your flagship product doesn’t get prompt updates.

It’s like if Apple decided to release the new iOS software update and decided to only release it for iPhone 12 and NOT iPhone 12 Pro. Do you get my analogy?

I’ve been waiting almost a YEAR for Interactions to be released on Editor X as well as Site Search, Wix Chat and heaps more. Shame on Wix.

@cloudsterteam I completely understand how you feel. It’s important to note that these are two completely different creation platforms and therefore each feature must be built to suit each platform individually. Additionally, this particular feature is still in beta.

Regarding interactions, our team is always working on implementing even more features in Editor X. The development process varies by feature, but we’re on it! Thanks for your feedback :slight_smile:

@cloudsterteam Patience is Mother of all virtues … I am really frustrated too but we need to keep it real : EditorX is still in Beta, we know that only a part of the common features will be available and that it takes time. I don’t know what is the 2021 roadmap but I hope that we’ll see a real speed with these implementations soon.
