Hey there so I added this to a new site and it doesn’t seem to be working or maybe it doesn’t work the way I thought it would. I edited the custom sign up form to include a field called “Care Provider” where they enter the care providers name. I published the site, went to the live site and signed up as a new member, and the new member request does not show any of the sign up form field info i.e. the Care Provider response. Are you not able to see these field responses from the sign up form?
