Try turning on your availability and see if the “Disabled” disappears. I’ve been dealing with this, too – and it seems to me “Disabled” may mean you’re “Unavailable for Now.” I’ve submitted a request for clarification whether being disabled SOME of the time over three months or more is a problem, and if so what to do about it. I simply can’t be available to respond to referrals all the time. A few hours a day is usually my limit, and I can get as many as 10 inquires in those hours, to which I now respond personally.
Question I haven’t seen yet – if the new Dashboard shows some of my clients haven’t responded to messages, what action am I supposed to take?

I’m having this same issue, I have had multiple clients tell me that they approved my work but the points aren’t showing up. Also had one client approve my work and it showed up as declined. Some points are coming through so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Very excited to see the complete Partner Dashboard - when should we expect to have all the functionalities that were launched? Our dashboard has been this way for a month but is still missing many of the tabs that were announced.
