Our Legal team didn’t have much to add on top of what I wrote - sorry for not getting back to you sooner with this update.
They said that Wix does not provide legal advice to its users, who are the ones responsible for complying with local law requirements.
As I originally replied, there are more factors than just the Signature Input that may affect how “legally binding” the contract is, such as the form’s content, phrasing and more.
The best I can do is to suggest you consult with your legal advisor, or with your client’s.
