Firstly, thank you so much and great job. Secondly, i am really waiting on the ability to see Blog Posts in the search.
I would like to see more design options for the way the results are listed too - like a card layout as opposed to list layout. Hope you see what i mean.
A better way to have the search on mobile would be good to, perhaps it could work very similar to the Menu Icon.
Search Icon > Click > Opens an input field with an X (to close) on the header.

Hi - We have SITESEARCH on one of our sites and trigger it using a button on the social bar on the right to open a lightbox with their search bar on. On entering search terms in this box (on a lghtbox) it then opens their search results page directly.
Having tested this on the same site in the same way WIX SEACH does not seem to “work” (open the search results page) from a lightbox?
EASY TO FIX?
I have popped WIX SEARCH as a drop down on the “Course Contents” tab for now so we have both in play !!!
Also, their predictive results are quite cool…

@oded-nachshon So can we expect WIX Search bar on a lightbox to load the search results page anytime soon?
1- The application must be fully translatable.
2 - Results should appear in a dropdown option, just like in the seach site app. And only open an additional page when prompted via the enter command or a button.
3 - The site owner should have the option to choose which types of items to index in the search bar. Example: In an ecommerce a user may want only product pages to be indexed.
4 - Or the blog owner may want only the posts to be indexed.

Interesting I can only see the BETA search on sites that I’m the owner but the ones I manager (admin contributor) … no can do. I assume I should wait?

I Understood the bug: I have more then 100 sites of my clients, but becouse I’m the admin & not the owner, I don’t see the search option.
Can it be fixed?
Another thing, the results are LTR, and we use Hebrew, so we need it RTL… Can this be fixed?

On Wix’s own recommendation to improve site load times, I recently transitioned my pages to dynamic pages which has been a blessing… but may be a curse if search won’t be able to pull from those databases. Before any aesthetic changes, please prioritize development concerning this ability. In the age of Corvid, search really needs to account for dynamic pages/events as well as the store.
