Erez, I have been trying to contact a product manager for Hotels for months and no response. I have been using Wix Hotels for several years and a client is having issuees and I cannot get any resonse from Wix.

As part of the product team for the new Wix Hotels solution, we strongly recommend you to use the new app following the instructions above. Some issues will be resolved automatically once you use it, and we have a great support team for the new app for issues that may arise.
I have some specific questions I needs aberres. The site has-been up for about 4 years. And my client has certain issues. Can I get a support call as customer service cannot help.
