# Blocking clients from booking

How can I block a client or visitor of my web from being able to book with us again? Sometimes repeat tardiness slows down the rest of our day and makes us late to other clients so we give a warning and would like to block them from being able to book again.

Wax editor

Ive tried to block the number and the contact but the doesn’t stop their access to booking a service.

you would probably need to code this to check email or user id in a blocked client cms to prevent them from completing the booking process.
