Bookings and unchecked zoom link generation

I’ve got a service thats an online service. I dont want Bookings to send a zoom link to the participants when they book. So I’ve turned the zoom link generator off in the services tab.

But the automated confirmation email to booked participants still shows the Zoom link.
How do I work around this?

Hi,

If you turned off the zoom link generator toggle in the service, the link shouldn’t be sent with the confirmation email. Since this is unexpected behavior, this would be an issue that our Support team may be able to look into.

Thanks Edward. Havent had much luck with support lately, but I’ll give it a try and see if I get a response.
