Hello

We bought the Wix Ascend because it was possible to create automation after the user submits a specific WixForm.

This specific Wix form is used to send an multi-day Email course to the user.

Now the option to create an automation after submitting a SPECIFIC form just disappeared and all my automation became grey and aren’t working. Now it’s only possible to have a general automation for ANY submitted form.

We were setting this all up to start this weekend running ads on this form.

We are paying for a function which just disappeared!

Please fix this as soon as possible or we want our money back and change to another service, like ActiveCampaign.

Thanks, my collegue just sent a email to the Wix support with the link to this thread.

Our team is also experiencing the same issue with Wix Data forms on multiple client sites. We submitted a ticket to support as well.
