My Sandbox and Live site Data collections are not saving my information I am putting into the database. I have checked the settings and nothing is blocking me from inputting information into the data collection. I need help to test the site by putting information into my data collections.

If you’re still experiencing this issue, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can further investigate.
I tried going to support but they said to talk with the CORVID team. I wanted to see if I could get a quicker response here since the priority ticket things didn’t work. Just want to get to the right contacts, instead of just getting pushed to the side.
