Build Inventory Widgets via CSV File

I am trying to help a friend with her business Wix site. She currently has her site setup such that every week, she has to manually add/remove inventory items that are available from various vendors she buys/sells from. As bad as Wix is for handling unit pricing per weights without mucking with variant ± pricing, I find that it doesn’t lend itself nicely for building Inventory lists where you can have parent items with children sub items (e.g. Parent=Rib Roast, Children= 0.5lb, 1.0lb, 1.5pb) where it simply ingests/imports such a set of listings from a CSV file. I started looking online to see where I can help her with adding some javascript that could greatly benefit her with all the manual entries. Also, if being done from a CSV file, her vendors can provide her lists that do the first step for her. She could also use simple spreadsheet to do the simple unit price per weight to determine the unique pricing as Wix leaves much to be desired for that topic as well. Thanks in advance!
