You can now invite team members to become Call Agents and improve customer service with Call Recordings.
By allowing team members to become call agents, you grant them the ability to make and answer calls on your business phone number at the same time.
With call recordings, you can record calls made to your business phone number and review them any time. Call recordings are seamlessly integrated into your CRM, and you can listen to them from your Inbox.
Keep in mind that these updates are currently only available in the U.S. and Canada.
To have multiple call agents and to record calls, you must have one of the following Business Phone Number plans:
Local / Toll-Free Plus
Local / Toll-Free Premiere
