Hi, I’ve recently began to build my author’s website and I linked a Page to a ‘Read Now’ button. Then I make the page a subpage from the page with the Read Now button.
Problem is, when I preview my website and click the ‘Read Now’ button, it directs me to a page which says:
What can I do? I tried contacting the Support team for a call-back but the call back feature isn’t available due to Covid-19-caused short of staff. Or am I wrong? How can I attain a call-back?

Did you set the link as a Page or as a web address ? Perhaps the URL of that page was changed, or was written incorrectly.

Thank you for replying. I set the link as a Page, meaning when I clicked the link icon, I selected ‘page’ in its sidebar, not Web Address.

Yes you’ve set it up correctly, I suggest that you remove the link from and add it again, this will fix the problem the page’s URL was changed.
