Cab Booking Website using Api?

I am trying to build cab booking website like uber .
I am confused how to do using wix.
I need main three part.

  1. Users
  2. Drivers
    3)Admin
    When Someone will book a cab for a particular area ,automatically notification will be sent to the drivers,Who is available at that area.
    To find Driver current loacation,I have to use Socket.io
    Pls,someone help.me to do?
