Can a contact form fill on a staff member's dynamic page show which staff member's page they were on?

I have a CMS collection connected to a dynamic individual staff page. Each page shows information on a different staff member. I have a “contact” form on this dynamic page but I’m having trouble adding a field that shows in the notifications which staff member’s page the form is coming from. Is it possible to add a dynamic field to the form that has the staff member’s name in it so I can see on whose staff page the form was submitted?

I’m using Wix Editor. Thanks!

Hi Dustin. To achieve this functionality, I would use Velo to add information about the page to the form. Share more info about your specific use case, I believe I’ve done something similar before.
