A few things:

  1. It’s extremely difficult to read your code; after you paste your code, highlight it and click on the button that is 2nd-from-the-right (it’s a rectangle that contains the symbols “>_”); that will transform your code from the mess you see above to something we can all read (and, as a result, give us a fighting chance to help you).

  2. I am having a hard time reading your screen shots; perhaps also try attaching them with the “Add a File Upload” button toward the bottom (it has an up-arrow over a “trough”) symbol.

  3. Finally, it appears that the error message is in Spanish; it would be helpful for you to translate it once into English (in lieu of all of us trying to help you to have to translate that ourselves).
