# Can I have a record in an external collection reference a user?

I have connected an external collection (a Postgres database in Azure) to Wix successfully, and can add records. I want to know if I can reference my site members stored by Wix in this external collection - for example, if I have a project, I want to be able to reference the user who created the project.
