Can I have text overlay two sections?

New user to Wix Studio here. Used Webflow in the past with great results but checking out what Wix Studio is all about and loving it so far. My question…

I have two sections:

MASTHEAD AREA
CONTENT AREA

And I want a headline and paragraph of text that overlays both sections. But when I add text or a container it only shows in the section that it is created in, which makes sense but I want it to overlay both sections if possible. Maybe another section needs to be added with some properties set?

add the headline to the bottom section and set the top margin of the text to a negative figure
