I’m Galiet from the Editor X team. Thank you for your feedback.
We do have Pro Gallery Sliders which you can find under ‘Media > Pro Galleries’.
There you’ll have an option to autoplay the slideshow and add text if this is the behavior you’re looking for.

We are also currently working on implementing interactive (hover) boxes to the Editor X. So stay tuned for updates.
